“We place young camper’s in training environments that have won the University of North Carolina Women’s Soccer team 22 of 39 NCAA National Championships and the US National Team a world championship! By putting campers through the same proven system, we hope to elevate their game in the same way we have taken the UNC and National Teams to new heights.” – ANSON DORRANCE

TRAINING OBJECTIVE
Our objective is to create a training environment that challenges all levels of goalkeeping. The training academy will emphasize the skills and tactical understanding necessary to prepare for the challenges of collegiate soccer goalkeeping or your own personal highest level of soccer.
CURRICULUM
Goalkeepers are trained in the proper techniques for shot stopping, footwork, hand positioning, fitness, diving, handling crosses and corner kicks, and more. They are then put into highly competitive scenarios like 11v11 games, 4v4, 1v1 and more to develop these techniques under pressure. In addition, the tactics of the position are also a priority.
LOCATION – UNC/Chapel Hill, NC – MAP
DIRECTOR – Chris Ducar
FIELDS USED AT CAMP
A variety of fields are utilized for the weeks of camp in Chapel Hill. The main site is Finley Fields located by the University’s golf course. Only minutes from campus, this complex has two Bermuda and two Field Turf fields where a majority of the camp will train. There are also several field-turf complexes that can also be used on campus.
HOUSING AT CHAPEL HILL
All housing will be arranged by camper’s guardian/parent via hotel accommodations at a discounted rate. See HOTEL link below.
FOOD SERVICE AT CHAPEL HILL
There will be no food service this summer. Campers will be responsible for their own meals and snacks.
